Medical Social Worker

The social worker will be part of the clinic’s medical and behavioral health teams delivering high quality primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.

Specific job responsibilities will be aimed at removing patient barriers that prevent delivery of compassionate, effective and respectful medical and behavioral health care. Each day, the counselor will work within a team made up of medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health counselors and clinical pharmacists.

Our health center qualifies for NHSC loan forgiveness programs. BSW’s and individuals currently pursuing BSW/LMSW degrees encouraged to apply.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
