My son needed a prescription filled, and the entire process was incredibly easy, quick, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of right away. I followed my physician, Dr. Brown, here from the Mancelona family practice a while ago. The facility is very spacious and the waiting room is comfortable with plenty of room for those who are handicapped or wheelchair bound to move freely. The office staff is very friendly and I've witnessed how helpful they are with other patients as well at check in. The nurses I have seen are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I always feel taken care of here and treated well. I, of course, think that my doctor is fantastic and recommend him to anyone who wants a male doctor. They also have their own pharmacy, labs and x-rays. I had to travel an extra 8 miles, but its totally worth it.

I have been going to this place since 2003. My original doctor was Dr McConnell he was fabulous. Now I have Sam Dyste PA he is also fabulous. He listens when I speak and that’s what every doctor should do. I drive 3 to 4 hours every 3 months to see him. I no longer live up north and I refuse to change doctors.
